India Exquisite Pageant Organization was established in August 2014 and is run by its Founder and National Director Rajni Subba (Ms. India Exquisite 2014). India Exquisite Pageant Organization is a company that produces beauty pageants for women (Miss & Mrs.), Men and Kids (Teen & Pre-Teen). IEP Org. also scouts for models & talents including consultation, training and producing international beauty pageants.
Winners of India Exquisite Pageant Organization has been representing the country in many International Beauty Pageants and Model Hunts in UK, USA, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and many more.
India Exquisite Pageant Organization started with a vision of Celebrating Womanhood. With this vision IEP Organization have been working on a mission to provide women the opportunity to showcase their beauty and their talent at a platform that embraces the inner and outer beauty irrespective of their age, size and ethnicity.
At the same time IEP Organization have been providing a platform to the budding models and talented artist to showcase their talent at international platform via International Pageants, International Fashion Weeks, Music videos and short movies.
Team of IEP Organization is dedicated to achieve their mission that’s why many of our previous year winners have been working with Leading Designers, have walked at London Fashion Week and have worked in TV shows and video songs.
Ms Rajni Subba (former beauty queen) is founder and owner of India Exquisite Pageant Organization. She got the opportunity to be the first Indian from North East to represent India at Ms Exquisite International Pageant in USA. There she felt proud holding National Flag of India among other countries. After her successful journey of being a pageant Queen, she launched her own pageant “India Exquisite Pageant” and “Top Model India” (Model Hunt) to provide a genuine platform to young generation, a platform where real talent will get promoted.
Since 2014 she has taken number of models to the international pageants. Now she is the National Director of India for many reputed International Pageants. Some of them are Mister and Miss Universal Ambassador, Miss Planet International, Miss Tourism World, Miss and Mrs Exquisite International, Miss Culture International, Mister and Miss Culture World, Top Model Worldwide and many more.
Not only to the youngsters she has been providing international platform to the kids, Teenagers and even married women under the banner of India Exquisite Pageant Organization and Top Model India. She is the first woman in India who successfully hosted an International Pageant (Mister Universal Ambassador) in India with 19 countries in 2018 and launched her own International Pageant Mister & Miss Exuberant International in 2019.
Not only Beauty Pageants, she has forayed her journey into International Fashion shows too. She had been taking designers to London, Philippines and Europe in several Fashion Shows. Now she also trains and guides young aspiring Models under the banner of Exquisite Model & Talent Management Worldwide.
From Top Model UK to many other National and International Pageants she has been invited as a Jury Member & Grooming Expert and is honoured by many reputed Fashion shows and Award shows. Ms Subba, has been honoured with many reputed awards, like National Women Excellence Award, Rajdhani Ratan Award, Pride of Nation, APJ Abdul Kalam Award and many more. For her contribution towards the society she was awarded with Samaritan Award with momentous and appreciation certificate by Delhi Police too which is very close to her heart.
